Terms of Service

ReplyAce provides an AI-powered tool that connects to your Google Business Profile, detects new customer reviews, generates suggested responses using AI, and publishes approved responses on your behalf. The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that AI-generated responses will be perfect for every situation — you are always in control of what gets published through the approval step.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account. - You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. - You must be authorized to manage the Google Business Profile you connect to ReplyAce. - One account may connect one business on the base plan ($29/month).

You agree not to: - Use ReplyAce to post fake, misleading, or defamatory reviews or responses. - Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service. - Use the service in violation of Google's Terms of Service or Business Profile policies. - Share your account credentials with others. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

• ReplyAce costs $29/month (pricing may vary by region). - A 14-day free trial is included. No credit card required to start the trial. - Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you also agree to their terms. - Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. - You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds.

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the service before paying. After that: - We do not offer refunds for the current billing period if you cancel mid-cycle. - If there is a technical failure on our side that prevents the service from working for more than 72 hours in a billing period, contact us and we will credit or refund that period.

ReplyAce uses the Google Business Profile API under Google's terms. By connecting your account you authorize us to: - Read reviews from your business listing. - Post responses on your behalf only after you approve them. We do not post anything without your explicit approval. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the dashboard or from your Google Account settings. Google API Services User Data Policy: ReplyAce's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: - We only request access to Google data necessary to provide our service. - We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes. - We do not sell Google user data to third parties. - We do not allow humans to read your Google data except when required for security or by law. - Your Google access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256. - You may revoke access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

ReplyAce uses Anthropic's Claude to generate suggested responses. You acknowledge that: - AI-generated responses are suggestions — you review and approve before anything is published. - We are not liable for the content of responses you choose to publish. - You are responsible for ensuring published responses comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Google API, Anthropic, etc.), or unexpected issues may cause temporary interruptions. We will communicate significant outages via our status page at status.replyace.app.

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyAce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
